Food items available through Ship in the Mouth may be prepared and supplied by independent hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and other food businesses ("Food Partners").

Ship in the Mouth facilitates the ordering and delivery experience, while the respective Food Partner is responsible for preparing and packaging the food.

Our Food Partners are responsible for the ingredients, preparation, cooking, hygiene, freshness, packaging, taste, and quality of the food they provide, in accordance with applicable food safety requirements.

Ship in the Mouth works with its Food Partners to support a reliable and positive customer experience.

If you have any food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements, please inform us before placing your order so that the relevant Food Partner can be notified.

Your satisfaction and safety are important to us. If you have any concern regarding your order or the food you receive, please contact Ship in the Mouth as soon as possible.

We will assist you and, where appropriate, coordinate with the relevant Food Partner to understand and resolve the concern.

Issues specifically relating to food preparation, ingredients, or food quality may require clarification or action from the Food Partner who prepared the food.

Ship in the Mouth may facilitate the delivery of food prepared by our Food Partners. Once an order is collected, we take reasonable care to ensure that it is handled and transported appropriately and delivered within a reasonable time.

As the food is prepared and packaged by the Food Partner, matters relating to its preparation, ingredients, and original packaging are managed by the respective Food Partner.

By placing an order through Ship in the Mouth, you acknowledge that the food may be prepared by an independent Food Partner and that Ship in the Mouth facilitates the ordering and delivery process.
